Module 4: Forgive Your Relationships
It’s ALL about me baby.

The value of a man resides in what he gives and not in what he is capable of receiving.

~ ALBERT EINSTEIN

Practicing the lesson – post your answers below!

Watch how you interact with people. Notice if you express any of the behaviors listed below. If you do, forgive yourself in the moment and do your best to practice new behaviors. Remember, these are challenging aspects of ourselves to look at. Make sure that you do so with kindness, forgiveness and lots of unconditional love.

  1. Do you find yourself only expressing your love to those you know or approve of?
  2. Are you kind only when you know you will be noticed or acknowledged?
  3. Do you do things that you really do not want to do, but do anyway because you want the approval of others?
  4. If you do not receive a compliment or appreciation for something you have done, do you complain?
  5. Do you manipulate others for the purpose of getting something you feel you need or want, rather than just asking for it directly?
  6. Do you feel like people are trying to drain you of your time and energy and do you become defensive or irritated as a result?
  7. Do you often want to buy things to make yourself look better in the eyes of others?

Today’s Affirmation

I forgive myself for living the will of my ego-mind and for denying myself the opportunity to express my unconditional love, generosity and joy in every moment of my life.
I forgive others for doing the same.
I choose to live the will of God/Spirit moving though me and to open my heart and mind.
